By using MACE you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MACE is a productivity assistant that converts voice notes, meetings, and class recordings into structured tasks and events, integrating with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. The service is provided under a freemium model with a free plan (Spark) and a paid plan (Mind).
You must be at least 16 years old to use MACE. By signing up, you declare that you meet this requirement.
Access is provided via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at mace.soporte@gmail.com.
Not permitted:
You retain all rights to the content you upload (audio files, notes). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily interrupt it for maintenance, with prior notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
You may cancel your account at any time from settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notification when reasonable.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the service after that date implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without prejudice to the rights that the local legislation of your country grants you as a consumer.
